In the mid 1990's, a theory was developed that the people of the United States were gradually becoming less intelligent. Since then a seemingly endless series of events have occurred socially (the seemingly inexplicable rise of the Backstreet Boys) and politically (George W. Bush)that have reaffirmed this theory. This site is intended to document the fight to stem this seemingly inevitable decline.
